OPI Lincoln Park After Dark is a very, very dark eggplant purple nail polish. I purchased this at Ulta for $8.50. It applies evenly and goes on fairly opaque, but I needed to apply a second coat in order to achieve the full, opaqueness I desired. It's very hard to pick out the purple tones, especially in certain lighting, it looks just like a black. The OPI brush is a little broader than normal, so be aware when purchasing this polish if you're a fan of thinner brushes. The size of the brush didn't bother me, it helped me coat my nails in fewer strokes.  It lasts for about 4-5 days on my nails with minimal chipping with the use of China Glaze's Base Coat and Seche Vite's Top Coat.
